    We are well aware that recruiting from abroad carries many uncertainties. To ensure your final decision about selecting a candidate from us is an informed choice, we gather and offer to potential employers detailed information about each candidate so they know exactly the type of professional they are recruiting. This Professional Profile contains:

    • The candidate's CV
    • Certificate of their qualification
    • Two professional references
    • Comprehensive interview notes taken by a CNERGI representative
    • Certificate of registration with any appropriate professional body
    • Copy of their passport's information page as identification
    • Copy of the work visa for the country they are applying to work in (if already attained)
    • Police clearance certificate

    We interview all applicants, at which time we specifically discuss their ability to face and adapt to the challenges and demands of working abroad. Notes taken from this interview, including any areas in need of professional development or support identified by the interviewer, are offered to the potential employers.

    We will arrange for you to telephone interview any applicants from those offered, that you deem to be suitable. Because our own interview is so thorough and employers have notes from it, there is often not much else to ask an applicant. We often find actual employer interviews are more informal where the employer management and the candidate simply take time to get to know each other and discuss more specific issues about the position. You also have an option to request for a video-conferencing. We will arrange and coordinate with our office in the Philippines for video-conferencing schedule. By selecting this option, your recruitment efforts will be efficient and very cost-effective --- without having to travel outside the United States.

    Once you have selected an applicant from CNERGI, we offer them any support in preparing them for their new position in your organization that we can.
