  • RECRUITMENT PROCESS

    I. RETAINER AGREEMENT

      CNERGI will begin the recruitment process for your organization after we have received a signed copy of the staffing agreement. The contract is an annual agreement, so you can call in as many openings as you have within that year.

    II. COMPREHENSIVE SCREENING & SELECTION

      CNERGI screens and interviews experienced healthcare professionals for contract and permanent employment. Once we have checked references and agree to represent a prospective candidate, a telephone interview is arranged to introduce the prospective employer and the candidate to give both parties the opportunity to ask questions of one another. In situations in which permanent employment is being considered, the prospective employer generally requests an on-site interview before extending an offer which CNERGI arranges at the employer's expense. Whether for contract or permanent employment, CNERGI takes pride in its comprehensive screening process that insures one of the highest success rates in the medical staffing industry.

    III. EMPLOYER TELEPHONE OR VIDEO-CONFERENCING INTERVIEW

      CNERGI will coordinate a telephone interview to get you both acquainted. If you feel that the candidate is a good fit for your organization, the next step is an onsite interview.

    III. EMPLOYER ON-SITE INTERVIEW

      You will have an opportunity to interview the prospective candidate either at our office or at your office. CNERGI staff will give you a follow-up call on the outcome of the on-site interview.

    V. ASSIGNMENTS

      After the on-site interview, CNERGI will coordinate and collaborate with the employer regarding the chosen candidate. Chosen candidate will be given a brief orientation about the salary, schedule of work and about the company and its policy and procedure.

    VI. HIRING PHASE(for permanent placement only)

      Once you have finalized on the selected candidate, an offer of employment will be drawn up and both the candidate and the employer will finalize and sign the employment offer.
