Temporary Staffing is typically used to fill a position for a planned vacation or absence. It is also used to fill positions for peak production periods or high volume staffing situations where we become a staffing partner to manage a project. This option is also available to fill a full time position. It gives you more time to hire a replacement, continue workflow and reduce stress on other staff members.

Temp-to-Hire is used to fill a specific position for a client. We recruit, screen, interview, test, check references and refer the best candidate(s) for client review and selection. There is a negotiated trial period in which the candidate will be paid through CNERGI. After the trial period, the client has the option of offering employment to the candidate at no additional fee.

Direct Hire is used to fill a specific position for a client. We recruit, screen, interview, test, check references and refer the best candidate(s) for client review and selection. There is no trial period. The candidate is hired directly by the client and becomes their employee immediately. The client pays a direct hire fee based on the annual salary of the employee.

On-Site Solutions is used for high-volume staffing needs. We set up an office at the clients’ location to recruit and manage the temporary workforce. We analyze the current staffing process and customize solutions to meet the needs of the client. We supply a management level on-site manager to handle the recruitment and management of the temporary workforce.

Professional Recruiting is used to fill middle to upper management positions. Our professional recruiter is dedicated to recruiting and screening candidates and forwarding resumes of the most qualified candidates to the client. If a candidate is selected, they are hired directly by the client and we give a 30-day guarantee. The client pays a fee based on the annual salary agreed upon.
