Recruitment /
Screening System
CNERGI’s screening process involves
the evaluation of applicants and determines which applicants best meet the
requirements of the Client/Employer. The decision is based upon a set of
objective criteria which the CNERGI’s Screening &
Selection Core Team and the Client/Employer believe must be present in order to
identify the perfect match. The chance of making a poor hiring decision is
greatly reduced when appropriate methods of evaluation and selection are
utilized. As part of maintaining the quality of the type of personnel we hire
on behalf of the Clients, we thoroughly screen all candidates.
1. Staffing Needs Analysis (SNA):
The process of selection of candidates begins once you have determined your
hiring needs and communicate them to our office. Also, we familiarize ourselves with your
company’s profile and background. We work with you to determine the set skills,
requirements and staffing projection to get the best staffing results. Requirements
allow us to effectively communicate the Client/Employer’s opportunity and
profile to the candidate.
2. Recruitment: Sourcing / Searching
We do the recruiting
for you diligently. We source for all prospective candidates through CNERGI’s own resume database, job boards, direct mail,
journal ads, telemarketing, networking and the Internet.
3. Screening:
We conduct group and
personal meetings/orientations with all candidates that show interest in
employment opportunities. Such process allows us to identify each individual’s
qualifications, background, cultural fit, characteristics, communication and
interpersonal skills.
The applicants are all trade-tested and
ensured that they excel in the fields they’re applying for.
4. Short-listing:
Candidate’s Portfolio
shall be reviewed by the Screening & Selection Core Team to ensure that
individuals included for the interview are included in the Shortlist of
Potential Candidates and must have met the minimum advertised criteria for the
position in terms of education and applicable work experience.
In the screening and
selection of applicants, Screening Core Team looks at the total person and what
he or she has to offer regarding knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Qualifications are the determining factors throughout the process.
5. Portfolio Review:
Upon the final
decision of the Screening & Selection Core Team to recommend selected
“Short-List of Potential Candidates” to you, the appropriate core team initiates the "Recommendation" form and prepare
the Portfolio Review packets for submission. The Screening & Selection Core
team will sign the packet as "Recommending”.
Included in the Short
List, we formally present you a final and complete Candidate Portfolio of each
Candidate for your review which includes CV, Profile report and credentialing
report such as certification verification or licensure, if applicable for the
position.
6. Interview:
Whichever options you
choose, we prepare the Selected Candidate for a phone interview or an on-site
interview. The Screening & Selection Core Team will collaborate with you regarding
the credential evaluation, employment interview appointments, and recommend
candidates for hiring.
Upon making your
final decision, you will sign the Candidate Portfolio as "Approved"
and signifying that the proper contract, visa papers and step has been
assigned.
7. Employment Officer / Hiring:
We facilitate the
employment offer and contract to serve as a liaison to help work through any
questions or concerns that the candidate may have relating to the income,
benefits, visa processing(if applicable), etc.

the immigration and visa processing once the employment offer and contract has
been finalized and signed by both parties.

easily to the environment and culture of the destination country, such as the US. This also
familiarizes the workers with the existing government laws of the country as
well as the company policies of the employer.
