SALARY

CNERGI believes in richly compensating or rewarding employees with
one of the best salary in the industry. We make sure that the
salary offered by our clients to you reflects the prevailing wage of
the US governing body.
The prevailing wage rate is defined, established by the Department
of Labor/Bureau of Labor of Statistics, as the average wage paid to
similarly employed workers in the requested occupation in the area
of intended employment.
Through our collaboration with our clients, we do our best to ensure
that we are within the US Immigration regulatory requirement that
the wages offered to you on the employment offer and contract as well as
the visa applications must reflect the prevailing wage rate for the
particular occupational classification in the area of employment.
The requirement to pay prevailing wages, as a minimum, is true of
virtually all employment based visa programs - permanent and temporary.
However, in certain programs, such as H-1B (temporary specialty occupations),
the employer is required to pay the prevailing wage or the actual
wage paid by the firm to workers with similar skills and
qualifications, whichever is higher.
